Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:30 – 10:30 am
$80.00 per month (Minimum 2 months to complete 8 week program)
Instruction of 2 stances each week
Drop ins welcome, $15.00 per session

Full Day Classes are $133.00 CDN plus GST
All classes are held Saturdays from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
Classes and Buffet must be booked in advance to ensure your place
Please bring house slippers and a container for take away dinner to all classes.
Wear comfortable clothing and allow yourself adequate time after your full day to relax and absorb the knowledge and experience from the World of Living Foods
If you have previously taken classes with us, we recommend you continue your education in sequence from:
A) Beginner’s class,
B) Energy Soup Class,
C) Veggiekraut Class,
D) Dehydration Class,
E) Dessert Class,
and of course everyone is always welcome to join us and experience a Living Foods Buffet!
