On the second Sunday of every odd month (e.g. January, March, May), Living Foods sponsors a Mindfulness Meditation retreat which is a unique opportunity to engage in joyful mindfulness meditation practice, based on the teachings of Vietnamese Zen Master, poet and author, Thich Nhat Hanh and including basic Qi Gong stances. Facilitating the retreat are Phil Rossner (Tam Phap), a long-time student of Thich Nhat Hanh's, and Judith Wade, Qi Gong 8 Brocades instructor (Hsin-I Tai Chi Institute).

The retreat will be held at Living Foods, an 8-acre property in beautiful Metchosin, Vancouver Island, BC. A Living Foods buffet luncheon will be included. Fee for the retreats is $50 Cdn., $35 for limited income. Space is limited to 40 practitioners; early registration is recommended.
